The "K-pop Diplomats," BTS, clinched the 'Best Summer Music' award at the 2023 The Fact Music Awards (TMA) hosted by The Fact and organized by FAN N STAR on the evening of the 10th. BTS topped the '2023 TMA Best Music-Summer' category with their digital single 'Take Two' released on June 9th. Following BTS's 'Take Two' in the summer category, Lim Youngwoong's 'Grains of Sand' and Stray Kids' 'Tuk' secured the 2nd and 3rd spots, respectively.

The Fact Music Awards introduced a new 'TMA Best Music' category this year, targeting artists who released music quarterly. An online vote for the 'TMA Best Music-Summer' category was conducted on FAN N STAR from July 3rd to 31st.

In addition to BTS, Stray Kids, Lim Youngwoong, BTS's Suga, Hwang Chiyeul, &TEAM, SEVENTEEN, Youngtak, TNX, Kim Jaehwan, Jooheon, ATEEZ, Kang Daniel, I.M, LUCERAPHIM, SHINee, Extraordinary Heroes, ENHYPEN, (G)I-DLE, and aespa were among the top 20 teams nominated for the final vote.

The '2023 TMA', hosted by The Fact and organized by FAN N STAR, began with a red carpet event at 4:30 pm, followed by the main award ceremony at 6:30 pm, hosted by Jeon Hyunmoo and Seohyun. The award ceremony, held at the Incheon Namdong Gymnasium, was attended by aespa, NewJeans, IVE, ATEEZ, ITZY, TREASURE, ENHYPEN, Zero Base One, Circus, Boy Next Door, Jannabi, Kwon Eunbi, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, Lim Youngwoong, and Lee Chanwon.

The '2023 The Fact Music Awards' is a music award ceremony and festival co-created by K-POP artists and global fans. The best K-POP teams presented special and dazzling performances exclusive to the '2023 The Fact Music Awards'.

The '2023 The Fact Music Awards' was broadcasted live worldwide. In Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand, it was streamed online through the IDOL PLUS app and website, while in Japan, it was live-streamed from the red carpet to the award ceremony via the video transmission service Lemino. The award ceremony was also broadcasted live on the TV music channel MUSIC ON! TV.
