BTS member Jungkook continues his golden run on the US Billboard charts, shining global spotlight on his success. According to the latest chart released by Billboard on November 18, Jungkook's debut solo album 'GOLDEN', released on November 3, entered the main album chart 'Billboard 200' at number 2, setting a record for the highest position by a K-pop solo artist. In addition, 'GOLDEN' clinched the top spots on both the 'Top Sales Album' and 'Top Current Album' charts.

Jungkook managed to surpass the global pop star Taylor Swift's '1989', securing the top positions on the 'Top Sales Album' and 'Top Current Album' charts. He also marked the first-ever entry of a K-pop artist on the 'Top Streaming Album' chart at 15th place.

In the 'Digital Song Sales' category, 'GOLDEN's title track 'Standing Next to You' achieved first place. Other singles from the album, 'Seven (feat. Latto)' and '3D (feat. Jack Harlow)', re-entered the charts at 3rd and 6th place respectively, while 'Yes or No' ranked 4th, 'Hate You' 5th, 'Please Don't Change' 8th, 'Closer to You' 10th, 'Somebody' 12th, 'Shot Glass Of Tears' 13th, and 'Too Sad To Dance' 15th. Every track from the album ranked in the top tiers of the chart. Moreover, 'GOLDEN' tracks 'Please Don't Change' and 'Closer to You' also topped the 'Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales' chart at 1st and 2nd place, and ranked 5th and 6th on the 'Hot Dance/Electronic Songs' chart, respectively.

'Standing Next to You' also performed well globally, securing 2nd place on the 'Canadian Digital Song Sales' chart, 30th on 'Canada Hot 100', and 25th on 'Streaming Songs' chart. Additionally, it charted high in various countries including 2nd place in Malaysia and Indonesia, 3rd in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Korea, 4th in Singapore and Taiwan, 6th in the UK, and 8th in Peru.

Additionally, on the 'Bubbling Under Hot 100' chart, which ranks songs that have not yet entered the main 'Hot 100' singles chart, 'Yes or No' placed 4th, 'Hate You' 7th, and 'Shot Glass of Tears' 10th.

Jungkook made a grand record by entering four songs simultaneously on Billboard's main single chart 'Hot 100' with 'Standing Next to You' at 5th, 'Seven' at 49th, '3D' at 58th, and the collaboration 'Too Much' at 94th. He is the first and only K-pop solo artist to have three consecutive songs in the top 5 of 'Hot 100' with 'Seven', '3D', and 'Standing Next to You'.

Jungkook's 'Standing Next to You' also swept the top positions in Billboard's major charts 'Global 200' and 'Global (Excluding US)', making him the first global solo artist to achieve top ranks with three songs in one year on these charts. His other songs, 'Seven' (2nd, 2nd), '3D' (9th, 5th), 'Yes or No' (23rd, 19th), 'Hate You' (31st, 23rd), 'Please Don't Change' (46th, 32nd), 'Shot Glass of Tears' (51st, 51st), 'Closer to You' (52nd, 37th), 'Somebody' (57th, 40th), and 'Too Sad to Dance' (58th, 38th), also charted globally, setting another record as the first Asian artist to do so.
