The group Twice has made history as the first K-pop girl group and the second K-pop artist ever to perform at Japan's Nissan Stadium, setting a new record in concert history.

On December 27th and 28th, Twice performed as part of their fifth world tour, 'TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR 'READY TO BE'', at the PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, Japan. The tour's last solo concert of 2023 ended in great success amidst the passionate cheers of local fans. Notably, this year, with performances in four regions of Japan alone - Osaka Yanmar Stadium Nagai, Tokyo Ajinomoto Stadium, Nagoya Vantelin Dome Nagoya, and Fukuoka PayPay Dome - Twice attracted a total of 370,000 fans, showcasing their formidable influence.

Moreover, at the PayPay Dome concert on the 28th, the surprise announcement of the 2024 July additional performance 'READY TO BE in JAPAN SPECIAL' and the release of their fifth local album thrilled the fans. Accordingly, Twice is set to perform on July 13th-14th at Osaka Yanmar Stadium Nagai and on July 27th-28th at Kanagawa Nissan Stadium. They are projected to write a remarkable record as the first K-pop girl group and the second K-pop artist after TVXQ to enter Japan's largest concert venue, Nissan Stadium. Furthermore, their four-day additional local performances will solidify their status as 'stadium artists.'

Twice has set various records through their fifth world tour 'TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR 'READY TO BE'' this year. They were the first K-pop girl group to perform at Japan's Osaka Yanmar Stadium Nagai and Tokyo Ajinomoto Stadium. In June and July, they became the first girl group in global history to enter and sell out the SoFi Stadium in LA and the MetLife Stadium in New York, respectively. They continued their streak as the first K-pop group to perform at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium in November and at Jakarta's Jakarta International Stadium on December 23rd, further solidifying their reputation.

Riding on this momentum, Twice will continue their world tour in 2024, with performances in February at Mexico City's Foro Sol, São Paulo's Allianz Parque, and in March at Las Vegas's Allegiant Stadium, as well as in July at Osaka Yanmar Stadium Nagai and Kanagawa Nissan Stadium. Having confirmed solo concerts at major stadiums in ten global regions, the group's activities in the new year are highly anticipated by K-pop fans worldwide.

Additionally, Twice is set to release a pre-release single 'I GOT YOU' on February 2nd, 2024, at 2 PM (US Eastern Time midnight), further igniting their popularity. Leading up to this, Twice's first unit group, Misamo, formed by Mina, Sana, and Momo, will appear on Japan's representative year-end special broadcast, NHK's 'Kōhaku Uta Gassen,' on December 31st, 2023, to perform the title track 'Do not touch' from their local debut album, ending the year on a high note.
