All three of the Jolie-Pitt children, Zahara, Shiloh, and Vivienne, have recently abandoned their father's surnames in very visible public ways. During the induction ceremony for her Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, Zahara, who is 19 years old and attends Spelman College in Atlanta, decided to abandon the title that her father, Brad Pitt, had given her.

Her introduction began with the statement, "My name is Zahara Marley Jolie!" She made a point of continuing to use her mother Angelina Jolie's well-known surname.

Amid the tumultuous and protracted divorce between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Shiloh Jolie's Instagram handle, Shi Jolie, also shows her preference for Angelina over Brad. It has also been stated that the younger sister of the 17-year-old, Vivienne, who is 15 years old, did the same thing for her credit as a production assistant in the Playbill for Angelina Jolie's Broadway show, “The Outsiders.”

The youngsters are simply exhausted by their parents' continual conflict, according to a source who spoke exclusively to Life & Style. Brad, who is 60 years old, has accused Angelina, who is 48 years old, of attempting to separate him from his children, which include Maddox, who is 22 years old, Pax, who is 20 years old, and Knox, who is 15 years old.

When it comes to Shiloh, for example, the insider claimed that she "is not trying to hurt her dad's feelings." She feels sorry for the fact that he is not getting along with some of her siblings, but she looks up to her mother above all else and is simply doing what is comfortable for her.

When it comes to his children, Brad has never failed to publicly demonstrate his love and appreciation for them. He expressed his gratitude to them by stating, "This is for my kids who color everything I do. I adore you." He was awarded the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in "Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood."

He also expressed his admiration for Zahara in an interview that he gave to Vanity Fair in 2022, saying, “She’s so smart. She’s going to flourish even more at college. It’s an exciting and beautiful time to find her own way and pursue her interests. I’m so proud. Where does the time go, right? They grow up too fast. It brings a tear to the eye.”

To this day, it is not known whether Vivienne or any of her siblings have legally changed their names. Despite the fact that Brad and Angelina's divorce was finalized in 2019, they are still embroiled in a legal dispute on the ownership of Chateau Miraval, which is a vineyard in Provence and was once their family home.
