During a conversation with Fox News reporter Shannon Bream on Wednesday, the attorney representing Donald Trump, Alina Habba, reaffirmed the former president's assertions that Vice President Joe Biden was to blame for the escalating legal problems he is facing.
In a conversation on the ongoing hush money trial that is taking place in New York, Alina made the following statement: "Joe Biden, unfortunately, can’t really do anything in office. So, he’s got to use the same means as somebody who’s just trying to have a quick slip-and-fall and make money."
She went on to say, "That is, to tell you the truth, what we are witnessing right now. This is exactly a Biden show because he’s got to distract the American people."
Alina responded to Shannon's statement that Joe was "not responsible" for the trial by asking, "How can you say the Biden administration is not responsible for this trial?" The Fox News reporter’s statement allegedly contained an interjection, as per OK Magazine.
The journalist claimed that Alvin Bragg was the one who made the call, and he mentioned that the "federals" had previously "passed" on pressing these accusations against the controversial politician.
On a later day, Donald utilized his Truth Social platform to level an accusation against Shannon, stating that he was "so naïve."
"Shannon just suggested that Crooked Joe Biden was not involved in my Show Trial. HOW STUPID! Not only is he involved, he is virtually leading it, and all of the other Trials as well," Donald stated.
In light of the fact that the 81-year-old is apparently "not mentally sharp enough to lead anything!" the embattled former president made it clear that he meant that the Joe Biden administration was the one responsible for the situation.
"Just take a look at the DOJ/White House Thugs involved, and everything else. Biden is incompetent, and feels that Weaponization is the only way he can win. He’s counting on the Shannon Breams of the World to get him there. Bad day for Shannon!" he continued.
In March of 2023, former United States President Donald Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsifying company paperwork in connection with an alleged hush money payment that was made to Stormy Daniels.
However, despite the fact that he has consistently insisted that Joe was to blame for the allegations, he has not provided any evidence to support his accusations.
When Donald was asked for evidence that Joe was involved in organizing a hush money trial, he declined to provide a clear explanation during a recent interview with Jason Calvi from Fox 6.
"There’s evidence. You just take a look. I mean, who’s heading up the trial? Take a look at the person that’s setting it up. No, there’s a lot of evidence is, eh, and there’s also common sense involved, but there’s a lot of evidence and it’s disgraceful,” Donald stated.
