Funky Tom Cruise has had perspiration problem for years, leaving his shirts soaked through—and pals are saying it’s the pits.
As he cheered for Team USA at the Paris Olympics, the former husband of Katie Holmes appeared to be sweaty and clammy, with his underarms drenched. Unnamed sources have revealed to Globe Magazine that his awful body odor is one of the primary reasons for his success with the ladies.
“Tom seems to be totally in denial. He’s always been a pretty sweaty guy, but lately it seems to have gotten even worse—and he’s doing othing to try and address it. He’ll be out and be totally drenched and not seem to even notice, but of course the people around him are quite taken aback,” an anonymous insider told Globe Magazine.
Informants revealed that when gals catch a whiff of Tom's torrential perspiration, any budding romance becomes a risky business—which is why they're not surprised his rumored romances with "Mission: Impossible 7" co-star Hayley Atwell, singer Shakira, and Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova fizzled so quickly.
“To be fair, his sweat baths happen more in hot and humid places, but at this point in his life, he should know it’s going to happen and just come prepared. He could bring a change of clothes and a towel and maybe some spray deodorant too—because he can get mighty pungent when he goes hours on end in a soaked shirt,” the undisclosed tipster suggested.
Since Katie surprised him with divorce papers twelve years ago and took his sole biological child, Suri, away with her, the "Top Gun" actor has not been romantically linked to anyone in a serious way, as per ABC News.
“He’s Tom Cruise, so no one is going to tell him to his face, but people do comment about it and question why he doesn’t unvest in some Botox under the armpits. Word is, it can be very effective in reducing underarm sweating. But he seems perfectly fine with dripping sweat. It’s like he’s oblivious,” the mole shared.
