Leah Remini and Jennifer Lopez are said to be putting their differences behind them. Although the singer, who is 55 years old, and the actress, who is 54 years old, had been close friends for decades, the reunion between J. Lo and Ben Affleck caused a significant breach between them.
"Jennifer wanted her friend's support. However, Leah saw the writing on the wall and straight out told her marrying Ben was a bad idea," an unnamed source told Life and Style Magazine. During the couple's wedding in Georgia, the former “King of Queens” cast member was visibly absent, and the couple completely ceased communicating with one another.
However, a few months ago, Leah initiated contact after learning that J. Lo and Ben, who is 52 years old, were experiencing difficulties, as the insider says. In addition, it was discovered that Leah and Angelo Pagan, her husband, were not doing very well either.
Just a short time after J. Lo filed for divorce, Leah made the announcement that she was as well. According to the anonymous insider, "the timing could not have been better," which is an ironic statement. "Now, they have each other to lean on," it went on.
