Is it likely that Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor would engage in a contentious custody battle over their child, Cruz, who is three years old? In her divorce petition, the “The Valley” star, who is 35 years old, asked for primary legal and physical custody of the toddler. She also requested that her husband, who is 45 years old and has been estranged from her, be granted visiting rights.
"Brittany isn't interested in sharing custody with Jax," an unnamed source told Life and Style Magazine. "She feels like she's the one doing the lion's share of the parenting, so there's no reason she should give up 50 percent [of her] time with her son."
Even though Jax claims that he has discovered a new "sense of peace" after recently being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and seeking treatment for it, the source believes that Brittany is not going to back down from her position.
"Jax is always busy," the anonymous insider added. "He doesn't have the lifestyle to be a parent, or at least that's how Brittany sees it."
Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have decided to end their marriage. Sadly, no one was surprised by the tint. These two have an extra meh factor because they have to film through their messiness in order to ensure that they receive huge payouts for "The Valley" Season 2. Divorces are already difficult enough if they are not complicated enough.
Although there are still many issues and assets that need to be examined, the fact that a child is involved should be considered an increase in the divorce ante. However, according to an undisclosed informant, Britt does not wish to share custody of her son with Jax during the time that they are together. It added that Brittany is not being cared for by the custody-sharing arrangement.
Both Brittany and Jax are currently making headlines all over the place. Almost all of the news stories about them are about their divorce. Newer ones, on the other hand, talk about Jax, who frequently engages in internal conflict with his inner demons. Thank goodness, Jax has recently taken responsibility and entered himself into a facility in an effort to break free from his destructive behaviors.
Jax disclosed that he suffered from both post-traumatic stress disorder and bipolar disorder when he resurfaced. At that point, he went on to explain that this diagnosis was a lot to take in, but in the end, Jax is relieved that he is aware of it.
"I've come home to my son with a newfound sense of peace," Jax emphasized, expressing his happiness at being back in his own backyard.
It is quite evident that Cruz Cauchi's father adores him, even though he is a precious young boy. Nevertheless, will his father continue to have unrestricted access to his life? This response could very well be a resounding "no," as stated by one of the tipsters.
In her divorce petition, Brittany reportedly asked for primary custody of Cruz, both legally and physically. Additionally, she requested that Jax be granted visitation rights, as per TV Insider.
However, at that moment, a member of the public who remained anonymous disclosed that Brittany was not interested in sharing custody of Jax. There is no need for her to give up fifty percent of her time with her son because she believes that she is the one who is doing the majority of the parenting.
After additional investigation, this source disclosed that Brittany intends to continue with her beer cheese-loaded firearms on this particular occasion because "Jax is always busy." As far as Brittany is concerned, he does not have the kind of lifestyle that would allow him to give birth to a child. There is logic behind Jax's company. His bar-within-a-bar-within-a-tent on Ventura Boulevard is called Jax's Studio City, and he spends a significant amount of time there.
