At their friends’ wedding, Travis makes it clear he’s committed to Taylor.
There is no doubt that he has the Swifties' approval. In the aftermath of model Karen Elson's wedding to Lee Foster, the proprietor of the recording studio, Travis Kelce smiled broadly as he led Taylor Swift out of Electric Lady Studios in New York City on September 7.
"Everyone was gushing about how protective and loving he was with her," an unnamed source stated to Life & Style Magazine of the video that rapidly went viral. "Fans were swooning."
However, they were not the only ones.
"Travis was so moved by the ceremony, he was inspired to pledge his love to Taylor in the sweetest way," the anonymous insider said of the NFL player, who, at the same time, was commemorating the first anniversary of their dating. "He made it absolutely clear that they'll be celebrating their own wedding soon - he's going to marry her."
The declaration he made did not really come as a full surprise.
"Travis has always worn his heart on his sleeve. He knows how lucky he is to be with Taylor, and he's never played games with her. She knows he's in this for the long run, but it still makes her feel super special to hear him say it out loud," the undisclosed informant.
Taylor is looking at the same thing.
"They're in a healthy adult relationship, so of course they've discussed their timeline for marriage and kids. Taylor has never been in a real rush to get married because her career has always come first, but for what seems like the first time ever, she has ta truly equal partner in Travis. He has a way of letting her know how he feels without pressuring her," the tipster shared.
The "Love Story" singer, 34, is also wildly known as a romantic, "so she's given some thought to what kind of ring and wedding she wants." Travis, 34 years old, is prepared to make all of her greatest desires come true.
"It's only a matter of time before he officially proposes and they announce their engagement to the world. But the truth is that they don't really need all the fanfare. They both already feel like it's a done deal. Taylor knows in her heart that Travis is her future," the mole stated.
During the past month, they have been in what the insider describes as a "quasi-honeymoon phase," which will continue until Taylor begins her Eras Tour in Miami on October 18.
"Taylor is making the most of her break and relishing every free moment she can spend with him," the tattler added, noting that Taylor intends to attend as many of his games as she can and also squeeze in "lots of romantic date nights."
December will mark the conclusion of Taylor’s tour, and once Travis’ season is officially done next February, "they'll have even more time to commit to their relationship. Taylor and Travis can't wait to start the next chapter of their lives together," the spy said.
