It appears that Travis Kelce, 34, will not have an indulgence day before his 35th birthday.

The football icon is reducing his consumption of junk food in anticipation of his important event on Saturday, October 5.

The Kelce Car Jam event, which will benefit his 87th and Running Foundation, will be attended by the football star. It is uncertain whether his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, 34, will be present, OK! Magazine reported.

During the Wednesday, October 2, episode of their "New Heights" podcast, the athlete addressed the shipment of Neil's Donuts that he and his brother, Jason Kelce, received when discussing his pre-birthday decision.

“Good thing they’re over there,” he commented on the desserts, mentioning his fondness for LaMar's Donuts in Kansas City, Missouri. “The yellow boxes are dangerous,” the Kansas City Chiefs player added.

The tight end disclosed that he had reached a point in the season where he must "push it away" in order to maintain his optimal football condition.

“Just, I see that golden glazed doughnut just sitting in the yellow box, I’m just like, ‘I don’t need that today, I’ll get it tomorrow,’ knowing that they don’t have boxes of doughnuts every day,” Travis elaborated.

“[I] just lie to myself so that I don’t just grab 10 doughnuts and run around the corner and just stuff my face like a little fat kid,” he persisted.

Jason, 36, contributed his perspective, emphasizing the regrettable nature of athletes' acceptance of the necessity of dietary monitoring.

When you reach the point in your NFL career when you can't eat anything you want anymore, it's a sad day, he said.

The former Philadelphia Eagles player recalled that, until his penultimate season, he would consume ice cream the night before contests. Jason continued that the following day, when he attempted to play football after eating some ice cream in year 12, he was like, "Oh s**t, this is for real."

Travis couldn't help but chuckle as he admitted that consuming desserts now causes him to feel "lethargic." He jokingly stated, "I just feel like a big blob." Am I bloated? Am I Bloating?"

Despite the fact that the NFL superstar is dedicated to reducing his sugar intake, his older sibling has stated that he intends to indulge in whatever he desires following the conclusion of his 13-season career in the professional football league in March.

“I’m going to keep eating these Buffalo Wild Wings and doughnuts,” Jason chuckled.

Meanwhile, Taylor made headlines anew for, again, missing Travis' game. Page Six, however, clarified that her absence does not indicate a breakup with Travis, the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs.

During Kelce's games last season, Taylor was infamously impossible to overlook.

After she didn't show up last weekend's game against the Falcons at Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium and this weekend's game against the Chargers at Los Angeles' SoFi Stadium, fans started to wonder why.

Taylor, according to our insider, has simply been busy practicing for the return of her Eras tour, which resumes on October 18 in Miami.

Supposedly, the "Shake It Off" singer also finds it more challenging to watch games at venues other than Arrowhead Stadium, the home field of the Chiefs.

Business Times has reached out to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift for comments.
