Wynonna Judd, a disgruntled mother, is finally washing the hands of her ex-con daughter, who is now a fugitive from the law after she skipped a court appearance in Georgia and went on the run!
According to sources who spoke with GLOBE Magazine, in addition to requesting full custody of her two-year-old grandchild, Kaliyah, the singer of "Have Mercy," who is sixty years old, is rumored to be planning to cut off financial assistance for Grace Kelley, a tattooed train disaster.
Grace, one of Judd's two children with her first husband Arch Kelley, failed to appear at a court to answer to three misdemeanor counts, PEOPLE Magazine reported. These allegations included driving with a revoked license, failing to wear protective headgear on a motorbike, and fleeing a police officer. As a result, a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
The allegations are based on a confrontation on August 3, in which the hellcat allegedly refused to pull over—even though lawmen were in a "clearly marked patrol vehicle using lights and siren to stop.”
A source squealed, "Wynonna says she is climbing off this merry-go-round of drama.
She's willing to shoulder some of the blame for the total mess Grace's life has become, but she says it has to stop here."
Grace's disappearance occurred after she had served sixty days in prison in Alabama for public lewdness. According to the police, she strolled along a road while holding a sign that read "Ride 4 a Ride!" while she was topless.
Beginning with a case that occurred in 2017, in which she entered a guilty plea for making and distributing crystal meth, the disturbed addict has been incarcerated for a total of six different periods over the past seven years.
According to a second source, Wynonna has decided to give up on Grace, whom she had previously called the "strongest Judd woman" in the family, and she is experiencing many difficulties.
In the year 2022, Wynonna was left in utter disbelief after her mother, Naomi, who was a member of the well-known singing group The Judds, took her own life by shooting herself in the head. It has come to light that Wynonna is having difficulty maintaining her strength for Kaliyah's sake, TODAY.com reported.
While Grace was serving a sentence for a parole violation, she gave birth to the child in March 2022 while she was on leave from jail. This occurred just one month before Naomi, who was 76 years old at the time, committed herself.
"Kaliyah has been in Wyn-onna's care through all of Grace's recent crime sprees," the source explained. "She's preparing to go to court to gain full legal custody of her granddaughter. And with the total disaster Grace's life has become, Wynonna knows she's in no position to put up much of a fight."
