Kristin Cavallari is breaking her silence about recent messages from Scott Disick and addressing long-standing rumors of an alleged affair with the reality star. On the latest episode of her Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari podcast, the Laguna Beach alum read aloud a direct message she claims to have received from Disick, calling it "classic textbook manipulation control bulls---."

"I get a DM on Instagram from Scott f---ing Disick. And I'm going to read it to you guys because I don't give a flying f--- anymore," Cavallari, 37, said before sharing the message.

The alleged DM, which Cavallari read on her podcast, began with: "Hey!!! It's been such a long time. It's crazy, kind of, crazy that our lives also ended up being kind of similar. I feel like it would be so good to see you and catch up and just talk about the stress and all the different things you got to go through with kids and changing your life around over and over. Really miss you though and wish I would have reached out earlier."

Disick, 41, reportedly added, "Just been so busy trying to be the best dad I can be. I don't have time for much, but trying to think about myself a little bit again, or trying anyway. Hope to hear from you." He concluded by providing his phone number.

Cavallari claimed she found the timing of Disick's message "interesting," as she has been critical of the Kardashian family on her podcast in recent months. She dismissed Disick's message as manipulative, saying, "If this is not the most manipulative text I've ever gotten, well, then I don't know what is."

The drama reignites rumors from more than a decade ago that Cavallari and Disick had a romantic fling. Those allegations surfaced in 2011, when tabloids reported that the pair hooked up during a 2009 break in Disick's on-again, off-again relationship with Kourtney Kardashian. Cavallari has consistently denied the claims and remains adamant that nothing inappropriate ever happened.

"I had known Scott forever... since I was 18," Cavallari explained on her podcast. "We ran in the same group of friends. We used to party together. We used to hang out all the time. Nothing ever happened between us. Then he started dating Kourtney."

Cavallari also provided additional context for the rumors, revealing that she once joined Disick and his friends on a trip to Las Vegas shortly after his split from Kardashian. "I was never alone with Scott. Not even for one f---ing minute was I ever alone with Scott," she said. The next day, headlines alleged that she and Disick had hooked up, a story Cavallari believes Disick planted to "piss off" Kardashian.

"Kourtney and I became really good friends, and I really loved Kourtney," she said. "There was zero truth to it. We weren't even being flirty or touchy. There was nothing to it."

Cavallari claimed the fabricated rumors strained her friendship with Kardashian and the Kardashian family. When she addressed the rumors with Kourtney directly, Cavallari said she was told, "I have sisters, and I would just never put myself in that situation."

Reflecting on the timing of the rumors, Cavallari suggested that they were a calculated distraction for the Kardashian brand. "What convenient timing for them with their show premiering next week," she said during a 2011 interview with Access Hollywood. "With everything that's going on for Kim, I feel like they're trying to take the heat off her."

While Cavallari has moved on, she made it clear on her podcast that she has no interest in reconnecting with Disick. Representatives for Disick have yet to comment on the allegations.
