In a TikTok video posted on Sunday, Liam Payne's girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, paid heartfelt homage to the late singer.
Cassidy, 25, lamented her loss by sharing a home film of their sweet times throughout the two years they were together until his untimely death in October. The video has now been removed, according to Daily Mail.
After falling from a third-floor balcony of a Buenos Aires hotel, the One Direction singer passed away on October 16 at the age of 31.
She put together the memorial video and captioned it, "I love you," almost three weeks after burying him in Amersham, close to his homeland in England.
She disclosed that she and the "love of her life" were preparing for their future together and that he intended to wed her within a year.
She put together snippets of them to the Mazzy Star song "Fade Into You" in a one-and-a-half-minute TikTok upload.
On excursions worldwide, they were spotted cuddling, kissing, and laughing at a theme park, beautiful settings, and their comfortable Miami home.
One clip showed her yelling with joy as Payne picked her up. She posted a video of them grinning broadly as they had a comfortable retreat in a cabin.
Additionally, his bereaved girlfriend shared videos of them having a good time at the bowling alley and joking while skiing.
She provided videos of them dancing in the toilet together, kissing on romantic dates, and snuggling in bed.
The pair began dating in October 2022, and later that year, they made their Fashion Awards red carpet debut.
Before his untimely death, they had gone to Argentina to see his old bandmate Niall Horan perform. Days before Payne died in Buenos Aires, Cassidy went back to their Miami home.
In a TikTok video she posted the days before the disaster, she said she was homesick after their five-day vacation was extended into a two-week excursion.
Later, she went to his burial, attended by Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, and Horan, his bandmates. Cheryl Cole, Payne's ex-wife and the mother of his seven-year-old son Bear was also present, per People.
Three persons have now been charged about his passing. Argentine prosecutors accused the defendants in November of "supplying and facilitating the use of narcotics" and "abandonment of a person followed by death."
He died from various injuries and external bleeding, according to the postmortem, after falling from the balcony of his third-floor room at the CasaSur hotel in the posh Palermo area.
Before his death, the toxicological tests revealed "traces of alcohol, cocaine, and a prescribed antidepressant in his body."
The defendants charged with his killing have not yet been identified.
However, according to the prosecutor's office, one of the defendants was a hotel employee who reportedly provided Payne with cocaine when he was there from October 13 to October 16.
