Megan Fox is "done" with Machine Gun Kelly, according to an insider who spoke exclusively to Page Six. This comes after she discovered he had been conversing with other women behind her back.
"When they went away for the Thanksgiving holiday, she became suspicious and decided to go through his phone," the insider said.
The 38-year-old "Transformers" actress "decided she was done" with MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, after discovering that MGK had been exchanging texts with other women.
The actress from "Jennifer's Body" always "had trust issues" with the 34-year-old rapper and singer-songwriter because she had previously interacted with him. Despite their previous ups and downs, the source asserted that she was ready to see past these obstacle-filled situations.
According to the insider, Megan wanted to "rebuild her trust with MGK and was excited to grow their family together."
She has, however, reconsidered her position after becoming aware of the talks that took place via SMS.
"Megan is a strong, independent woman and doesn't need a man in her life," the insider explained.
As the outlet reported, the sporadic couple, expecting their first child together, decided to end their relationship over Thanksgiving weekend in Vail, Colorado.
Just two weeks after the actress from "Midnight in the Switchgrass" announced that she was expecting her fourth child, which would be her first with MGK, they were no longer together.
On November 11, Megan said that she had uploaded a picture of herself hugging her bump as it was covered in oil. She also posted a photo of a pregnancy test that also came back positive, per PinkVilla.
"Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back️," she captioned the carousel of images while tagging the "Bloody Valentine" rocker.
In addition to her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, the actress is already a mother to three children: Noah, who is 11 years old, Bodhi, who is 9 years old, and Journey, who is 7 years old.
In 2009, MGK and Emma Cannon, her girlfriend at the time, became parents to their daughter Casie, who had just turned 15.
The revelation has provoked an emotional reaction on social media, with supporters and detractors expressing their opinions.
"Megan deserves better. MGK blew it big time," an X user posted.
"Another messy breakup for the books. They both need therapy," a second follower commented.
"So, did Megan just reclaim her throne as the queen of independence?" another netizen joked.
"Why do people cheat when they have everything? MGK fumbled the bag," a fourth user wrote.
"Megan Fox is thriving. Men are optional," a fifth netizen said.
"This is giving early 2000s tabloid chaos, and I'm here for it," another follower shared.
