President Donald Trump stirred controversy early Tuesday with a 7 a.m. Truth Social post featuring an AI-generated image mocking several top Democrats.
The image showed Joe Biden asleep in the Oval Office while Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton stood nearby as a document was signed on Biden's behalf. It also depicted Hunter Biden using drugs at the Resolute Desk.
"A highly accurate depiction of the Sleepy Joe Biden Administration," Trump wrote, adding: "Tremendous damage done but, WE'RE BACK!!!"
Trump has repeatedly claimed - without evidence - that Biden's aides used an autopen to sign executive actions and pardons, including one involving his son.
He has also previously suggested that drugs found at the White House in 2023 were linked to Hunter Biden, despite reports that no Biden family members were present at the time.
