Midoriya started dreaming about One For all. In fact, according to The Anime Scrolls, this dream seemingly turned into something unexpected in the previous chapter.
As he witnessed his bother and All For One's conversation, Midoriya saw it was trying having control over his sibling. The League of Villains leader was telling his brother that world peace can only be obtained using his power.
However, when Midoriya's brother contradicted All For One's claim, the latter imprisoned him. The antagonist then transferred its quirk to him that is known as One For All. It was the first time that the Quirk made its presence felt strongly in "My Hero Academia" after its death over a hundred years.
What made Midoriya more confused was when his brother told him that he would show him more visions that would give him more information. He also promised Midoriya that he would be there for him "through and through."

Midoriya's strange dream is said to be just 20 percent of what he needs to know. With the return of One For All, it looks like it is not far to happen that All For One will also make a comeback.
