A couple of months ago, the whole world learned that Evan Felker was cheating on his wife with Miranda Lambert. Now, reports suggest that he just snagged his family home as part of the divorce settlement.

According to Radar Online, a source told the publication that Felker is "keeping their house in Oklahoma." The said source is reportedly not only close to the American singer-songwriter but also to the latter's scorned ex, Staci Nelson.

It is worth noting that Felker and Nelson's divorce drama finally ended on August 16. Later on, Felker was reported to have "felt free" following the finalization of his divorce.

The publication, however, pointed out that some people close to Evan Felker and Staci Nelson are not happy after Lambert's boyfriend possessed the aforementioned home. To them, it is unfair. In fact, a friend of the former lovers confirmed that Nelson was the sole breadwinner in the relationship; hence, she deserves to own the property.

"Staci is strong mentally and physically," said the friend. "She's a classy broad."

Nelson is a senior manager at a company called Ernst & Young, which is based in Oklahoma City. Felker, on the other hand, is the lead singer of the band known as The Turnpike Troubadours. Apparently, his relationship with Lambert was soon exposed, though they were already touring together.

AOL reports that Nelson officially decided to move all of her belongings out the home she and Felker once shared. This was on August 15, which was also the day she posted an Instagram story featuring her "favorite spot" of the house.

"Really hard to say goodbye to it," she said.

Back in May, Felker filed a scheduling order so as to quickly end his marriage with Nelson. While their relationship did not end well, Nelson is said to be "pretty much over it" and is looking forward to a brighter future.
