Rumor has it that Margot Robbie's husband is "keeping a close eye" on Brad Pitt. Apparently, it is not true.

Robbie and Pitt are co-stars in a movie titled "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood." According to Gossip Cop, the rumor is just another angle in what seems to be an ongoing false narrative.

The report came from Life & Style, a site infamous for sharing gossips and false news. The online tabloid reportedly tries to romantically link the two attractive stars.

Pitt is said to be crushing on Robbie. As per the publication, the latter's husband is very much concerned with the former's supposed "crush;" hence, he is "keeping a close eye" on the "Inglorious Basterds" actor.

Ackerley, Margot Robbie's husband, is believed to be sending messages to Brad Pitt, asking him to veer away from her. Considering Pitt's dating history, the online tabloid's so-called "source" is quoted saying, "Tom doesn't want them socializing offset, and he's told Margot that he won't stand for it."

Gossip Cop iterated that Pitt is not hitting whatsoever on Robbie. There is even no apparent reason to believe that the actress' better half is "keeping a close eye." In fact, Pitt has chosen to focus on fatherhood than dating, Entertainment Tonight reports.

The said focus even intensified during his custody battle with former wife Angelina Jolie. In addition, Pitt's rep previously assured the public that there is nothing going between him and Robbie.

It is also worth noting that false tabloid was the same outlet that deceptively contended Pitt and Robbie were "flirting up a storm" in July while on the set of "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood." At the time of that report, however, Pitt and Robbie had not even begun working together. Actually, Robbie was on vacation with her husband in Costa Rica in July when the article came out.

International Business Times, on the other hand, reports that Robbie and Ackerley have been vocal about their hopes of keeping their marriage private. Tom is also reportedly very support of Margot's career and decisions.

As of this writing, both Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt are currently busy with the ninth film by Quentin Tarantino. The movie is based on the backdrop of Sharon Tate murder that shocked the entire nation in 1969. It was recently announced that the film would feature the Australian actor, Damon Herriman as Charles Manson - the cult leader on whose orders the horrendous murders took place. Along with Pitt, DiCaprio, and Robbie, the film will also star Dakota Fanning, Emile Hirsch, Kurt Russell, Al Pacino, James Marsden, Rumor Willis, Tim Roth, and others.
