Melania Trump reportedly felt "embarrassed" because Donald Trump had been banned from the John McCain's funeral. As per reports, the ban was one of McCain's dying wishes. This is also the second time trump got banned from funerals as Barbara Bush also made it clear she did not want Trump to pay respect at her funeral.
According to Hollywood Life, one of the final death wishes of late Senator John McCain is to ban President Donald Trump from his funeral.
Donald Trump previously disrespected McCain, who served in the US military and was held as a prisoner of war for nine years. He said the late senator was not a war hero as he liked "people who haven't been captured."
"I don't like losers. He's not a war hero," Trump said mockingly of McCain at an Iowa campaign stop in 2015. "He's a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren't captured."
All other living president attended McCain's burial, wherein George W. Bush and Barack Obama gave the eulogy - his presidential campaign rival in 2008.
On August 26, Melania tweeted to pay respect to the late senator saying: "Our thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathy to the McCain Family. Thank you Senator McCain for your service to the nation."

And although her husband was uninvited, the first lady still attended the funeral.
"Melania feels embarrassed yet again by Donald, this time because of his ban from McCain's funeral. She attended Barbara Bush's funeral without him and now she feels pressure to go to this one without him too," said a Washington DC insider to HollywoodLife.
The insider continued Melania got angry at her husband because he puts her once again in an awkward situation.
"Melania does not feel entirely welcome or comfortable attending the funeral after John made it clear that Donald was not welcome. She resents Donald again for being put in the middle of an awkward position," adds the source.
Melania wanted to do the right thing, although she felt humiliated and blamed her husband again for putting her in another challenging situation, the source also said.
"She is weighing her options, has been discussing the issue with the McCain family, wants to what is best, and will make the decision when she is ready."
McCain died on the 25 August 2018, Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 8. He had been diagnosed with brain cancer.
