A tabloid cover story is claiming that Victoria and David Beckham are expecting their fifth baby. This narrative about the titular couple is false.
The latest cover of OK! Australia features a headline that says, "Posh & Becks: Pregnant With Baby No. 5." Its supposed tipster is quoted as saying in what seems to be an odd language, "Victoria is definitely preggers. She already has the preggo glow."
The magazine further states that another unnamed source, which contents that David's wife has long "wanted a fifth baby since basically since right after [fourth child] Harper was born."
The false magazine also claims that the celebrity couple has been dealing with marriage-related issues the past few years. However, with a baby on the way, things between them are said to be doing good. One of the untraceable sources asserts, "David's back on track, remembering the birth of his daughter and how happy he was. This pregnancy has really saved them. Victoria has never been happier or more in love."
According to Gossip Cop, this narrative is false, especially since the outlet's only proof that the couple is expecting are recent photos of the family on vacation. As maintained by the false publication, "The fashion designer made sure to keep her tummy hidden from view. But David's PDA was a dead giveaway!"
And just because the former soccer superstar kissed his wife's stomach, there should already be a "bump reveal" moment. When these pictures of the Beckhams aboard Elton John's yacht circulated days ago, no reputable outlets used them to suggest Victoria was pregnant and that David was smooching her blossoming baby belly.
It is true, however, that David loves the idea of having a fifth child, Marie Claire reports. But as far as expecting a baby, it is far from being true. Besides, it was only last year that Victoria appeared to have confirmed that she would not be having any more children.
During a talk about her eponymous fashion line last June, the designer was asked if she would be adding to her family to which she joked: "No... I've got four! I feel like I've done my bit."
Only time can tell if the Beckhams would go for another kid, but right now, it is all for the false hype. Victoria even posted a photo on her Instagram, clearly showing that she has been as petite as ever.
