Google CEO Sundar Pichai responded through an email to Google employees that the company does not bias its products to favor in political agenda. Pichai responded after receiving reports that some staff was discussing tweaking search results showing a pro-immigration bias.

The note sent by the CEO on Friday after the Wall Street Journal gathered emails transferred by Google employees discussing the tweaking search results.

The company said last week that those ideas were discussed around the time that the Trump Administration was rumored to implement a controversial travel ban for seven-Muslim-Majority. The CEO said that recent news stories reference an internal email that will suggest that the company would compromise the integrity of its search results for a political end which is according to him an absolute fallacy.

The circulating email sent by the CEO to his employees was reported earlier by Axios and others and it was authenticated by the Google to CNN on Sunday. Google and other tech companies were in the spotlight lately as the White House calls the attention regarding foreign influence.

Trump accused Google and other companies in his tweet on August 28 that the search platform suppresses the voices of Conservatives and of hiding positive information and news about his administration. On his tweet, he accused Google of rigging search results to show "bad" stories when users search for "Trump news". The president, however, failed to produce evidence to support his claim.

The pro-migration bias controversy started to stir up again last week after an hour-long video of Google executives and staff circulated showing their anger after the president's triumph in the 2016 US presidential elections. The company responded that their employees are free to express their own opinions at company meetings.

The company stated that nothing was said in their meetings indicating that any political bias has influenced the way the company builds or operates its products.

On the CEO's email, he stressed out the importance of their internal cultures continuous reinforcement of their mission to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. He discussed the news suggesting that they are compromising the integrity of their search results to agree to one political belief. He encouraged his employees to advance the company's mission and they should stay grounded in their values which prioritizes respect of their users. The CEO also encourages the employees to respect opportunity which means to make long-term incentive to make the right decisions that should ensure their products for everyone. And also he emphasized the company employee's respect for one another.
