The Australian Financial Review recently announced that it has reached an agreement with Caixin, one of China's leading media companies based in Beijing. The deal will allow the Australian Financial Review to directly publish contents into the China market, and also for Chinese readers to access one of the most credible business and financial publication in the world.

Caixin Media is widely considered as one of China's most influential media group. It is also one of the largest media outlet that offers English language publications. Among its media offerings are news and magazines offered in both online and offline platform.

The recent deal is part of Australian Financial Review's strategy to establish itself as China's first private global news and information outlet. Caixin Global managing editor Li Xin said that the partnership will allow the two companies to access each other's in-depth resources in order to provide a more comprehensive stories to their readers.

The Financial Review was established in 1951. It is a daily publication with a specialized AFR Weekend print editions and magazines. Among its subsidiaries are Boss and the award-winning AFR Magazine.

This deal will add Australian Financial Review to Caixin's growing list of global media partners. This is a highly praised list which includes notable and award-winning publications like The Wall Street Journal, the BBC, and CNBC.

Aside from its core media properties, Caixin has also extended its interests to cover data analytics. The company is the publisher of the Caixin China General Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index which is regarded as premier tool used to measure the country's economic performance.

In February, Caixin struck a partnership deal with Citic Capital in an effort to purchase Global Market Intelligence Division. This division is one of the leading outlets that provides global financial data which covers more than 15 languages. This particular division is praised for its keen analysis of emerging economies.

Caixin is widely recognized in China as the country's leading producer of investigative journalism. Through the years, the media company have put together a comprehensive and highly credible list of journalistic endeavors. Since its inception in 2010, Caixin have turn into a China's leading source of news and information regarding investments, market policies, business leaders and academics.

In a statement Caixin Media founder and publisher Hu Shuli said that global interest towards China continues to grow. As such, they are working with global media leaders in bringing original investigative journalism not only to local Chinese readers, but also to the global audience.
