"Attack On Titan" Season 3 Episode 11 is titled "Bystander." Reports suggest that it will showcase the new government, including all of the progress in the lives of the citizens. It is already known that humans were almost annihilated in the past courtesy of the Titans.

According to EconoTimes, the Titans' hunger for humanity did no wipe out the entire humanity and there were actually few who survived. They managed to escape the doom by constructing a city with high walls that even the biggest Titans cannot infiltrate.

Presently, the city has experienced peace which has lasted for hundreds of years. However, out of the blue, the Colossal Titan suddenly appears and it is able to abolish part of the city wall. Eren Jaeger and his Mikasa Ackerman see what the Titan does as their once serene city becomes a scene of destruction. But all of it is not exactly the worse, especially since after their mother dies in the attack.

But perhaps an interesting character to look forward to in "Attack On Titan" Season 3 Episode 11 is none other than Keith Shadis. Described as a tall and intimidating man, he is well-known for being the commander of the Survey Corps. He appears to have short hair and a gentler-looking face.

Keith met Grisha Yeager in the year 832 outside of Wall Maria by the Shiganshina District. He encountered extremely few Titans that day. Bringing the man back to Shiganshina with him, Keith was forced to imprison Grisha, as it was illegal for citizens to venture into Titan territory. After Grisha was released from prison without charges, Keith promised to teach him about the world inside the Walls. It is possible that "Attack On Titan" Season 3 Episode 11 will deal more about Keith Shadis than any characters in the anime.

Den of Geek reports that "Attack On Titan" Season 3 Episode 11  begins with a two-month time jump since the crowning of the "Cattle Farming Goddess" and the first half of the installment revels in how the new government has settled in and the wheels of progress that are in full effect.

The military has been facing a tough lot since there has been a poor turnaround in the Survey Corps as a result of so many of the formerly corrupt military police are now detained. That means a lot of green, inexperienced fighters taking up the Titan cause. It is really interesting to see how things will unfold in "Attack On Titan" Season 3 Episode 11.
