Asian child rapper Lil Tay was known for her foul-mouthed viral videos, but she vanished on the internet back in June where all contents on her Instagram account were deleted. She was reportedly ordered to move and live with her father in Canada as her Chinese mother lost the custody battle.

A "former associate" of Lil Tay claims the child rapper has been living with her "abusive absentee" father, Christopher John Hope, as he "handed her a court order forcing her to go to his home in Canada". Several posts started to emerge on a page on Sunday claiming the Lil Tay was " forced to live with her father in South Surrey, British Columbia," and banned her to use social media.

There is also a video wherein Lil Tay was crying the day the court ordered her to live with her father's home by June 3, or otherwise, she will be sent in foster care. Hope allegedly threatened to have her mother arrested if she will not obey the court order.

The "former associate" tagged all the posts with the hashtag #FreeLiltay, writing captions including: "Tay has big dreams and aspirations that she was willing to work hard to achieve." Lil Tay felt happy for the first time, the "former associate" added, but Hope comes back to her life, and then dragged her to down "by bringing her back into the dark state that he was once responsible for putting her into."

Meanwhile, her mother Angela Tian has also been criticized as she allowed her 9-year-old daughter posting videos online where she usually shares luxurious homes and cars, brags about selling drugs, and throws wads of cash. Although her videos gathered millions of views, most people were extremely concerned that she was being exploited by her mother.

Lil Tay claimed in her viral videos that she's a "Los Angeles gangster kingpin" living in a "Hollywood Hills mansion," but according to the South China Morning Post, the child rapper is living flat in downtown Vancouver. Reports also revealed that she's home-schooled, although she claimed to be a "Harvard drop-out." In May, her mother reportedly moved from Vancouver to LA to further her daughter's career.

Lil Tay's Instagram account sprang back to life on Sunday.
