Block B has just lost a member after Zico officially left the group following his contract's expiration. Jaehyo, on the other hand, opened his photo exhibit, "Momento," and revealed his struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts in his displayed personal diary.

Jaehyo's photo exhibit is open from November 28 to December 10. Aside from his work of arts, the 27-year-old star also has an entry that caught everyone's attention. It is his diary dated November 30 that talked about depression and suicide, per Koreaboo.

In the entry, titled "Depression," Jaehyo revealed that his childhood was very different from the positive and happy guy people see today. At the time, his parents cared for him too much that they were very strict of him.

"I couldn't move forward because I was stuck with thoughts in my head such as 'What am I...?' and 'Why was I born?' Jaehyo wrote. Block B's vocalist even compared himself to a clock pin, which continuously rounds the clock. He found himself having the same routine every single day, like going to school, home and studying.

Later, Jaehyo realized that he was struggling with depression, and it consumed his heart every night. His struggle even grew overtime that it "ate away his anxiety." When he learned its existence, it crept all over his body that he couldn't make it stop.

"It finally grabbed hold of me and brought me to the apartment rooftop," Jaehyo revealed. Fortunately, he didn't have the courage to jump. He just eyed the ledge and looked at the ground.

Jaehyo kept crying at the scenario. At the time, nobody knew that he had depression. It was a secret. It was his first pain that he bravely revealed to the world that day.

Meanwhile, Zico has left Block B after his five-year contract with Seven Seasons expired. According to The Jakarta Post, the music label and the 26-year-old rapper both decided not to renew the deal.

"We thank Zico for (all the efforts he put in) as the leader and producer of Block B," Seven Seasons said in a statement. The agency then wished the record producer the best of luck and promised it would always support him.

Alternatively, Block B's remaining members extended their contracts with Seven Seasons and stay with the band. However, with their soon Army enlistment, and different schedules, the group's activities will be more likely "solo or subunit performances for the time being."

Jaehyo reportedly revealed that he would be enlisting on December 20. But, Seven Seasons has yet to confirm the news.
