A recent report claims the 12-year-old Suri Cruise is heartbroken over the split of her mother Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx. However, this report seems to be entirely fabricated because Holmes and Foxx are still together, and there's no such report indicating the two have broken up.
Woman's Day New Zealand claims Foxx ended his relationship with Holmes just a few days after they celebrated her 40th birthday last December 18. The couple reportedly went out for dinner, along with the actress's mom, in New York to celebrate her birthday. And according to the alleged tipster of the outlet, the actor called the actress after their dinner and dumped her over the phone.
The source asserted Foxx thinks Holmes will never be ready to commit, and he couldn't wait anymore so he believes what he's doing will be the best for the both of them. The unidentifiable tipster added that when the actress told Suri about her alleged split with Foxx, she was devastated as she likes the actor to be his stepdad. Allegedly, Holmes isn't sure anymore if she'll be married again and she blames herself because of this.
The claim of the tabloid is purely a work of fiction, as per Gossip Cop, and the couple didn't break up. Both of them were spotted last week on a romantic getaway in Miami; they were smiling while riding jet skis. Entertainment Tonight also shared photos of Foxx and Holmes kissing on a luxury yacht.
People magazine also reported the relationship of the couple is evolving to the point they are now comfortable showing PDA in public. So, if it's true he dumped her after her birthday, they wouldn't be spotted together while enjoying the holidays. Suri isn't also heartbroken or upset over the alleged split of the couple.
The truth is, as per Gossip Cop, the tabloid has no insight regarding the relationship of Holmes and Foxx. What's more suspicious is that the same outlet claimed back in August that Suri was begging her mom to dump Foxx. How is it possible that she's now heartbroken over their alleged split if she's begging Holmes to dump Foxx? Hence, both reports were inconsistent and contradicting each other.
Moreover, there are pictures proving the two are still together, and no reputable outlet reported they're no longer together. A source close to the situation also confirmed to Gossip Cop that Foxx didn't dump Holmes over the phone after celebrating her birthday.
