Viz Media continues to feed the hype surrounding the upcoming "One Punch Man" Season 2 by dropping a new trailer with English subtitles on Tuesday, January 8. The teaser introduces the latest season's main characters and the official introduction of the new main villain.

"One Punch Man" Season 2 trailer starts by saying "The Strongest Punch is Back!" The scene then pans to the much-loved protagonist Saitama with a description of "The Man Who Became Too Strong."

Next is Genos, "The Cyborg on a Quest for Vengeance," followed by Speed-O-'Sound Sonic, "The Ninja Who Hunts the Secret of Saitama's Strength." "One Punch Man" Season 2 will also feature Hellish Blizzard, "The Queen Diva of Her Own Hero Group," and King, "The Most Powerful Human on Earth."

For the finale, the trailer reveals "One Punch Man" Season 2's main villain, Garou, "A Shadowy Man Who Confronts the Heroes." "Time to carry out evil," he said about the darkness he will do. "This'll be a slaughter party."

Jump Fiesta 2019 dropped "One Punch Man" Season 2's first trailer. However, fans were surprised to see Saitama had a blush on his skinny head and cheeks. Business Times previously reported that there might be some stylistic change in the new season now that a new studio, J.C. Staff, is handling it.

In the first "One Punch Man" Season 2 trailer, it could be seen that Saitama had a small blush on the top of his head. It seemed the clip highlighted the use of color gradients that affected the character's skin tone. The same blush was even seen on King and Garou's faces that also emphasized their shapes' aspects.

Aside from the blush, Saitama's face on "One Punch Man" Season 2 also looked less hard. Compared to its previous studio's, Madhouse Studio, work, J.C. staff added more crispiness to his look. It also seemed it used special shading effects.

From the looks of it, J.C. Staff works differently than Madhouse Studio. Although the latter seems to work well, fans may be only used to see the effects it utilized in the previous season. With a new studio at work, viewers need to get accustomed to the new style it uses in "One Punch Man" Season 2.

J.C. Staff makes "One Punch Man" Season 2 stand out from its previous season by adding a blush on the characters' faces. Also, fans are more interested to see Saitama and the gang's action-packed scenes than their aesthetics. Viz Media has yet to reveal the anime series' exact release date, but it will be out in April.
