Lady Gaga and Gwen Stefani are not feuding over the popularity of their Las Vegas residencies, despite the claim of a tabloid that the two singers were in a bitter rivalry. This story has been debunked and corrected; the performers aren't in the midst of competition.

Stefani has been performing her Just a Girl residency at the Planet Hollywood resort since last June, while Gaga launched her Enigma show at the Park MGM resort last December 28. Now, Life & Style magazine claims the No Doubt singer is allegedly unhappy about this "competition." The headline of the outlet declares, "Gaga vs. Gwen: Nasty Feud Explodes!"

The tabloid contends celebrities like Dave Grohl, Jeremy Renner, Orlando Bloom, and Katy Perry attended Gaga's opening night, while Stefani allegedly struggled to attract the same A-list-caliber. According to Gossip Cop, the outlet's claim is suspicious as the opening night of Gaga's Vegas show would naturally attract more star power than one of Stefani's random performances six months into her run.

The outlet claims Stefani was threatened by Gaga, but that idea is completely absurd. The singer showed her support for her fellow performer on Twitter the night she launched her Las Vegas residency on December 28. Stefani enthusiastically posted her tweet saying, "Sending @ladygaga good vibes tonight for her #Vegas opening night!" She also praised Gaga during her show saying, "I gotta shout out to Lady Gaga, who has opened on the Strip,"

The claim of the tabloid only came from a nonexistent and untraceable source and a rep for both stars, who is authorized to speak on their behalf, confirmed to Gossip Cop there's no feud between the two women. Gaga and Stefani support each other's Vegas residencies, so the claim they are in an alleged competition is completely untrue.

It can also be noted that aside from making stories about Stefani being involved in an alleged feud, Life & Style has also been making stories about the singer and her love life. For instance, Gossip Cop busted the publication last month for wrongly reporting she was expecting twin girls with her boyfriend, Blake Shelton. And before that report, the tabloid alleged the couple's relationship was in "trouble."

None of these claims were proved to be true and accurate. So, its latest story about her alleged feud with Gaga is fiction as well.
