The "Loyal" singer Chris Brown doesn't seem to have a very nice kick off this year as he faces another controversy with issues regarding women abuse and drugs once again.

Prosecutor's office said, the "With You" singer was arrested for allegedly raping a woman in a very "violent and brutal" manner, with his bodyguard and friend about a week ago. The singer is also facing "violation of drugs legislation" charges for using cocaine.

The R&B star was eventually released without any charge the next day following his arrest after he was kept inside the judicial police offices for questioning.

The investigation also revealed that the incident happened while the singer was staying in Paris, France for this year's first semi-annual presentation of the well-known Paris Fashion Week.

Through an article posted in Times Now News, the woman who accused Brown of rape revealed the two met at Le Crystal club just a few blocks away from Les Champs-Elysees. She further exposed that everything seems to be fun at first not until the singer asked her to come to a private party with him at the Mandarin Oriental, where the singer was staying.

The alleged victim also shared that she was not alone in Brown's place. Aside from his bodyguards, she is also with Brown's friends, which includes about fifteen "very pretty girls."

In the party, they were offered drinks and cannabis and some 'banned drugs' like cocaine. The 24-year-old woman described the event as loud and "a bit chaotic".

The woman said, "At one point, I went to the bathroom. Chris Brown followed me and took me by the right arm. He made me enter a sort of dressing room. He closed the door." And that is where the 25 to 30 minutes rape with the singer happened, she added.

After Brown's assault, Brown's friend and bodyguard were the ones who abused her weakness next. She described the men as "aggressive and menacing" and that she couldn't do anything but to feel traumatized and lost.

With her experience, the alleged victim revealed that she was hesitant to fight and stand on her grounds at first, especially that the singer has her complete personal details.

But despite that, she still decided to seek justice. She said, "But I didn't want them to be able to do the same thing to other girls. Chris Brown is the kind of person who thinks himself powerful and thinks himself above the law."

Though Brown is set free as of now, the prosecutor explained that it doesn't mean the case has already been closed, as posted by Daily Mail. The police promised the victim they will still review the case and will gather more evidence.
