Justin Bieber is showing his support to Chris Brown amid rape allegations recently made against the 29-year-old singer-songwriter.

Brown posted an Instagram video on Wednesday, where he shows off his new choreography. Bieber, on the other hand, immediately commented on the clip, saying: "No one can touch you ur the GOAT." The two have collaborated on several tracks in the past, such as Next to You and Ladies Love Me.

But, the support showed by the 24-year-old singer to Brown didn't sit right with fans. Many are disappointed that he praised the "Tempo" singer, especially given his history of misconduct. One commenter wrote that if allegations were true, he should remember that he commented on Brown's post. Another one said Bieber should educate himself about the topic, and he shouldn't support a "rapist." Brown was detained in Paris on Monday after a woman filed a rape complaint with the police, PEOPLE reported.

The Paris Public Prosecutor's Office confirmed the detention in custody of the singer, as well as two other individuals on potential charges of drug infractions and aggravated rape. Police investigated Brown after a 24-year-old woman alleged in a complaint filed to the 1st Arrondissement Commissariat that she was raped by the singer at his hotel between January 15 and 16, and his friend and bodyguard also abused her.

The woman also claimed she met the singer at a nightclub on the street of Rue de Ponthieu. But, Brown denied rape accusations.

In an Instagram post that he's since deleted, the singer rejected allegations and said the claim was damaging to himself, as well as to his young daughter Royalty. He wrote to the now-deleted post, "I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR...... THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!" The singer was released without charge on Tuesday, although Paris polices continues the investigation regarding the incident.

Raphael Chiche, Brown's lawyer, said the singer is free and no lawsuits were filed against him. Also, the singer will reportedly sue the alleged rape victim for defamation. The filing was submitted on Thursday to the Paris public prosecutor's office
