Fans are now looking forward to knowing what will happen in "Lucifer" Season 4 now that it is on its new home network - Netflix. The show's cast and crew bound the series to secrecy, but Tom Ellis can't help himself but give little teasers about the show at the recent "Lucifer" fan expo.
During the panel, Tom Ellis answered the question if fans would see more about his character's past in "Lucifer" Season 4. "All I can say is we've gone deeper than we've ever gone," he said, per Express.co.uk, while trying not to give everything away.
Tom Ellis also teased that there would be a lot of "devil face" in "Lucifer" Season 4. The 40-year-old actor revealed his character would have a lot of "self-realization," and it would very much like "Jekyll and Hyde."
Tom Ellis might be hinting Lucifer would try to fight his evil side in "Lucifer" Season 4. Would fans see a different Lucifer now that the show is on Netflix?
According to Radio Times, "Lucifer" Season 4 would follow the events of the previous season finale when Chloe (Lauren German) discovered Lucifer's real identity. In the bonus episode "Boo Normal," the homicide detective was having a hard time to grasp what was happening after he saw Lucifer's real face.
Co-showrunner Ildy Modrovich said Chloe would be taking a journey in "Lucifer" Season 4. "She wouldn't just accept it right away. She's going to go through all the emotions," he told TV Line. "For her to be able to see his struggle, every single side of him, ... she is going to feel a little bit like what he says in the penultimate episode, which 'I feel like you've seen one side of me.'"
The writers' room has revealed the complete list of "Lucifer" Season 4's 10-episode titles, and it as follows. "Everything's Okay" by Joe Henderson, "Somebody's Been Reading Dante's Inferno" by Idly Modrovich, "O, Ye Of Little Faith, Father" by Jessika Borsiczky, "All About Eve" by Chris Refferty, "Expire Erect" by Mike Costa, "Orgy Pants to Work" by Aiyana White, "Devil Is As Devil Does" by Jen Graham Imada, "Super Bad Boyfriend" by Jason Ning, "Save Lucifer" by Joe Henderson, and "King of Hell" by Idly Modrovich.
There are reports Netflix will split "Lucifer" Season 4 into two parts. So, there may be a mid-season break after Episode 5. The streaming network has yet to reveal the new season's release, but Aimee Garcia earlier teased it could be in May.
