A couple of months after they secretly tied the knot, the American model and personality Hailey Baldwin and the "Sorry" singer Justin Bieber are now ready to share the story of their marriage and a little glimpse about their personal life through an interview with Vogue for their March 2019 issue.
"The thing is, marriage is very hard. That is the sentence you should lead with. It's really effing hard"-this is how Bieber's wife started their conversation when she was asked about how is their marriage now.
As per Justin's revelation, he says, as everyone has already figured out, the much more emotional and unstable one between the two of us is me. Meanwhile, the stronger one is Hailey. She has always been firm, stronger, "logical and structured".
The pop star also opened his heart out and shared that this characteristic is what makes him admire his wife even more. As he acknowledges himself as weak, he realizes he needs someone to be strong for him. "I've always wanted security", he shared. "With the lifestyle I live, everything is so uncertain. I need one thing that's certain. And that... is my baby boo," the multi-awarded pop star continued.
The couple also revealed how both of them don't actually think they will end up together. According to the beautiful young model, though they have met each other before, the time has made their relationship stronger but not in a romantic way. We really became so close that I started considering him as "my best guy friend" though I still find him cute, she added.
It was just in 2016 when their relationship went more serious. Until a "betrayal" happened. That was when the two started to be aloof with each other and tried to completely erase each other's memory from each other's story.
But when the two saw each other again at a Miami conference in June 2018, their spark has revived. And their love story flourished into what it is now.
When asked about why they decided to tie the knot too soon, Bieber answered, "I wanted to rededicate myself to God in that way because I really felt it was better for the condition of my soul."
The pop icon shared how blessed he is for keeping a promise of celibacy until marriage believing that God has blessed him with so much as a result, which is by meeting and making Hailey his wife.
Meanwhile, the couple is presently learning as they go with their marriage, E! Online reports. Though it might be hard, the couple believes that there is still more beauty in it. Their choice is to always fight for each other and build their relationship together.
