As months pass by after they finally confirmed their marriage to the press, the Australian actor Liam Hemsworth and "We Can't Stop" singer Miley Cyrus is revealing more and more information about their marriage, relationship, and love.
During an interview with "Live with Kelly and Ryan" last Friday morning, the handsome young husband of Cyrus shared another information to the public about why he appreciates his beautiful wife so much.
"She will still be known as Miley Cyrus but she took my name, which is great. I think that was one of the best things about it," the "Hunger Games" actor told his interviewees, the American television host Ryan Seacrest and American show host Kelly Ripa.
Their name is one of the most important things for a celebrity-it's like their label. Given this reason, Hemsworth can't help but feel honored and impressed with what Cyrus did especially that she did it out of the pureness of her heart.
"The Last Song" actor further revealed, "I didn't ask her to take my name and she was like of course I'm taking your name."
Overwhelmed with what his wife did, Liam described his feelings by saying, "I'm like, 'That's awesome, that's really good.'"
The two lovely couple finally decided to put a ring on their relationship after almost 10 years of knowing each other. According to COSMOPOLITAN, the two first met on the set of Nicholas Sparks' movie entitled "The Notebook" after they were paired as the movie's leading actors.
It was in December when the two finally tied the knot in a simple wedding celebration with their closest friends and families as their witness. As the "Can't Be Tamed" singer wore her Vivienne Westwood dress, pictures posted on their Instagram account became the confirmation of their marriage to the public.
"We never wanted to do anything too extravagant or big," Liam explained why they decided to make their wedding ceremony simple and private. "We know how we feel about each other but we just wanted to do something simple, organic and just basically immediate family. It was a really nice day," he continued.
Meanwhile, the talented young pop singer is currently busy working for her special performance for the 2019 Grammys. E! News reports, her fans, and followers are now excited to see her perform as Mrs. Hemsworth with artists Linda Perry, Dolly Parton, and Maren Morris.
The event will be held on Sunday night at the Staples Center, Los Angeles.
