Twelve months ago, a tabloid claimed Jennifer Lopez was considering dumping Alex Rodriguez because he's still communicating with his ex-fling, fitness model Lauren Hunter. At that time, the outlet reported the singer was questioning her future with her "cheating" boyfriend. But then, that claim was already corrected, and the time has already proved the singer never questioned her future with the former MLB player despite cheating allegations over a year ago.
In Touch magazine reported on February 12, 2018, that Lopez was questioning her future with Rodriguez as she allegedly found out her boyfriend was still texting Hunter, whom he reportedly dated several years ago. At that time, the outlet insisted the singer and the former MLB player have plans to get engaged, but because he's allegedly talking to his ex-fling, their relationship was in jeopardy. The source of the tabloid maintained that Lopez counted Rodriguez's act as cheating.
It can be recalled Hunter told National Enquirer in 2017 that she and Rodriguez were having an affair, and he's cheating on Lopez. He denied the claims and Lopez's rep confirmed the singer never believed the cheating allegations. A separate source also told Gossip Cop Hunter demanded money from the former MLB player before telling the tabloid about their alleged affair. The source added both Rodriguez and Lopez were not affected at all by the controversy.

The singer's boyfriend was also posting pictures and videos on Instagram account from the event, like when he kissed his girlfriend following her performance.

The tabloid has contradicting claims, making them both questionable. And as for the cheating allegations made over a year ago, Lopez never questioned her future with Rodriguez.
