The character of Caity Lotz as the third Canary-related character Sara Lance could be the "Lost Canary" as described by the title of Arrow Season 7 Episode 18. The idea may not be that far as showrunner Beth Schwartz is concerned when she has already the Black Canary in the superheroine line of Birds of Prey. And as Arrow Season 7 brings an indefinite change of heart for the Black Siren, the only thing left to do is to hope that maybe, Sara Lance will come back to life.
In Arrow Season 7, Dinah Drake and Laurel Lance were forced to work together to save Star City from the Longbow Hunters. From the start, the former has been a member of the vigilantes headed by Oliver Green, however, in the instance of his imprisonment, their team has already faced their enemies with only Rene and Dinah. Although Beth Schwartz has already hinted for Arrow Season 7 Episode 18 the Birds of Prey-inspired plot just like in the comics. The Birds of Prey will have several characters involved which have already been shown on some episodes of Arrow but only three of which are Dinah, Laurel, and Sara has been fully introduced in the Arrowverse.
Now that Laurel Lance has left her dark side for her Earth-2 version, chances of building a trio of canaries in Arrow Season 7 Episode 18 sparks a lot hope for viewers who like Caity Lotz' comeback and review some history of her character. As every viewer remembers Sara and Oliver's affair, certainly Laurel would not want to recall that, however, viewers may have liked her strong character, a sure fitting for a superheroine. If not for her almost multiple deaths, Sara might be considered as a ghost guest as she has been in almost some of the episodes even after her death, considering her role in Legends of Tomorrow, wherein some of the shows' characters do not appear in Arrow.
If it is true that Caity Lotz will be seen again in Arrow Season 7 Episode 18, then her brief appearances even on the last episodes of Season 6 means a lot more. Lotz' character as Sara Lance is still very well linked to Star City, which is also given that she first started in Arrow before joining the cast of its spinoff Legends of Tomorrow. Now viewers were kept at a thought of the episodes' title, the showrunner's mysterious plot and the three figurines representing an all-female superhero team.
