After the scandalous events that happened between Khloe and Tristan Thompson, (and oh, Jordyn Woods!) the most expected thing to happen next is Khloe and True going back to their Calabasas mansion. But, legal sources state otherwise and they might get stuck in Cleveland for a while!
The family lawyer, David T. Pissara, shared with Hollywood Life that if Khloe has been a resident of Cleveland for more than six months, “she might get stuck there.” And depending on Tristan’s move about the custody arrangements or if he chooses to open a paternity case, “the Ohio courts can take jurisdiction.” And when this happens, Khloe and baby True may not be allowed to travel to and from California.
Also, Ohio courts may claim that the baby should stay in Cleveland. And in this case, Khloe could go back to California, alone. But even so, the family lawyer implied that this probably would not be the case. On another perspective, the legal source hopes that if Tristan opened a paternity case, he would do it in California. Since in that case, they will have jurisdiction.
In terms of the custody, Celebrity Insider is very much certain that Khloe would get the primary custody of True since “there is no apparent reason to take the child from her.” But Radar Online claims that Khloe is taking the high road as “the reality star isn’t going to cut Tristan out of their daughter’s life.” A close source stated that Khloe believes that Tristan is still fit to be True’s father despite his alleged cheating scandals. And the only thing that’s left now is how much visitation time would he get. Nevertheless, it’s pretty obvious that Khloe does not want anything to do with Tristan.
Today, Khloe has been reported to enjoy the company of family and friends, especially her sisters. But above all else, Cheat Sheet claims that she is focusing more on her daughter while forgetting the 'mishaps' of the past.
