Steven Frend of 90 Day Fiance season 6 is fessing up to his behavior problems. The reality TV star shocked fans when he posted a detailed reason for why he's always in a foul mood, and now he said he's making great strides in changing things for the better.
In a post on Instagram, Frend cited that his old eating habit was causing him to have foul moods that drew so much dislike from viewers of 90 Day Fiance. He also revealed that his partner in life, Olga Koshimbetova, has been instrumental in helping him change what he eats.
Frend also said that he's taking up calisthenics to further shape up his body. This decision for the reality TV star would be a big help since Frend also needs to restore his body's strength after suffering from a neck injury during an accident in Russia during the holidays.
Fortunately, the 90 Day Fiance TV personality is no longer wearing a neck brace to support his neck, which means he can start doing more intense movements. He also shared that he increased his weight to 156 pounds, which is a good thing if he'd like to restore the functions of his body to perfect health.
Frend, however, didn't update if his wife and their baby are back with him in America following his visit to Russia. The 90 Day Fiance star is currently based in Maryland.
Meanwhile, as things seem to go well for Frend, Colt Johnson is facing a big problem with his 90 Day Fiance partner Larissa Dos Santos Lima. Johnson confessed to Us Weekly that he's trying to change his former wife's immigration status to cancel out her green card.
Johnson also said that he didn't want to admit in the beginning that the woman he met on 90 Day Fiance used him to get her green card, but the truth hit him like a ton of bricks. "To be honest with you, I feel very used right now," Johnson admitted.
Johnson's troubles are not yet over even if he and Dos Santos Lima have been officially divorced in January. According to The Blast, the reality TV guy wants the court to issue a gag order because Dos Santos Lima has been maligning her ex-husband in the media.
Meanwhile, Dos Santos Lima posted on her Instagram Stories that she's seeing a new guy now who's not into social media, television or 90 Day Fiance. So, as much as possible she's keeping this part of her life private for the sake of her new love.
