To the ARMYs all over the world, BTS' Jungkook may still be their baby. Actually, he is not that anymore. He has just graduated to hyung, which has made many of the K-pop group's fans emotional.

According to Hollywood Life, the BTS member - known to be the golden maknae of the group - has posted a sweet message to the TXT boy band on Twitter. Jungkook is known to be the youngest member of the entire Big Hit Entertainment family. But since the label has formed a new boy band, the "maknae" title is no longer his to hold.

For people who are still at lost when it comes to Korean vocabulary, hyung means that Jungkook is calling himself the big brother of TXT. It is definitely a bittersweet moment for all ARMYs, especially since the Korean stunner has been their baby for a while.

The BTS member's comment on the social media site wishes the younger guys to have good health. He even said "good luck" on their upcoming promos. Basically, the 21-year-old's tweet is a response to the group's photo of themselves hanging out with the world's most popular Korean pop group.

Based on the image, it is safe to say that they have been old friends already. TXT - consisting of Beomgyu, Hueningkai, Soobin, Taehyun, and Yeonjun - thanks BTS, who are their "seniors," for being there to support and provide words of encouragement. "We will work hard to be a junior," the boy band's tweet mentions.

Of course, the ARMYs just cannot help but swoon. It is a strange mix of emotions for them, especially after Jungkook included "hyung" in his tweet. While some fans are joking that he is still going to act the young one in the group, others simply find his message inspiring, Metro News reports.

One user, who seems to have a hard time accepting that Jungkook has grown up, said, "He's my babyyyy." Another ARMY wrote a handful of crying emojis while saying that she "forgot" the BTS member would soon become a hyung.

It is no surprise why Jungkook immediately trended worldwide. The fans of the K-pop group continue to share pictures, quotes, or videos that remind them of the singer's precious old days.

BTS is set to appear on their upcoming "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself" world tour. The group recently added new dates, giving fans a second chance to see them live. The tour will officially start come May 4 at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles.
