Although the tenth episode of the current season has already given away this notion, it took more than five episodes to unveil this revelation. And in those episodes, there was no progress made in terms of the plot until the recent one came, according to Player FM.
But even so, other fans take this new revelation as a great development to the storyline. This is because many thought that the previous Cicada is getting a little monotonous. Den of Geek explained that the suspense and mystery about Cicada had been long gone for weeks now. Hence, this discovery can be somehow taken as a good thing for the series.
There is no doubt that the latest season of The Flash has been receiving a lot of praises ever since it was first aired on CW. "It has a promising start."
As it appears, fans and viewers of the show were satisfied and impressed with the storyline and plot of season 5. And with the Nora-Thawne relationship in the plot, this, even more, strengthened the apparent success of the latest season.
However, things changed when the show has reached its midseason as it caught both constructive and destructive criticisms. According to some fans, The Flash season 5 is becoming more like the previous seasons all over again, and it's not good. As for others, they think that the show has become a real improvement in comparison to the show's fourth season.
