Singer-songwriter Jung Joon Young continues to make headlines. This time around, an old post detailing his alleged sexual misconduct is regaining attention online.

On Thursday, March 14, several individuals have found an old post of Jung Joon Young on an online community. The post claimed that he and CNBLUE's Lee Jong Hyung allegedly drugged several underage fans and sexually harassed them afterward. The two have also been investigated by the police multiple times.

At the time, netizens just shrugged it off since there is no evidence that supports the anonymous poster's claims. However, after Jung Joon Young's sexual misconduct came to light, netizens have come to realize that what the anonymous poster previously revealed might be true after all.

This comes a day after Jung Joon Young announced his departure from the entertainment industry after admitting he had filmed women without their consent and shared the footages in a group chatroom. Members of the said chatroom allegedly included BIGBANG member Seungri (whose real name is Lee Seung Hyun) and his business partner, CEO Yoo of Yuri Holdings.

"I admit to all my crimes," Jung Joon Young said in a press statement obtained by Soompi. ". I filmed women without their consent and shared it in a social media chatroom, and while I did so I didn't feel a great sense of guilt," he added.

The 30-year-old idol, who gained widespread fame after becoming a cast member of KBS' variety show 2 Days & 1 Night, also apologized to the outraged and disappointed fans and to the women whose privacy he violated. He promised the netizens that he will diligently participate in the investigation and will accept punishment for his actions.

However, the public and fans of the singer-songwriter are not buying his apology as they believe he was never sorry. An insider also revealed to Dispatch (via All Kpop) how he faked his apology when he got embroiled in a sexual assault case in 2016.

"On the way to the press conference, Jung Joon Young said, 'I'll just pretend to be sorry,'" the insider said. "(Hidden camera) filming was just a joke to him. It was like a habit."

In 2016, the Love Forecast star was investigated by the police after his ex-girlfriend claimed he filmed their sexual activities without her consent. Shortly after, he admitted to filming their activities but claimed it was consensual. Due to the issue, he halted all activities at the time until his ex-girlfriend withdrew the accusation - ending on him being cleared of the charges.
