Park Bom recently made her return to the K-pop world with her brand new single "Spring," marking her first solo release since 2011. Interestingly, the former 2NE1 member shared her own thoughts on the ongoing issues involving YG Entertainment.

In a report from AllKpop, the South Korean singer held a showcase meant to promote her new album called "Spring." This is reportedly her first solo comeback after eight years. During the event, the 34-year-old artist were asked various questions, with one specifically aimed at her former agency.

Basically, Big Bang's very own Seungri, as well as his agency YG Entertainment, have been under heavy scrutiny following multiple allegations. The male pop star was booked by the police after violating its Anti-Prostitution laws. Even more so, he is said to be involved in the KakaoTalk controversy, by which he and Jung Joon Young shared photos of their rape incidences.

Park Bom, however, did not go in deeper into the issue. She replied that she has been having so much in her place that was only recently when she knew about the issue. She further said that it has something to do with her former agency; hence, there is nothing more that she can say.

The former 2NE1 member also gave a similar response on questions pertaining to Seungri's retirement and prostitution charges. "I don't know what to say," she replied.

Jazmine Media, on the other hand, reports that fans of Park Bom noticed how her face looked sad every time she answer the questions. In addition, she was even noticed to have turned a bit emotional when asked about YG Entertainment's involvement by a male reporter

It is worth noting that Park Bom was once part of the aforementioned agency during her heydays with 2NE1. But when the K-pop girl group decided to disband back in 2016, the company decided to cut all ties and decided not to renew her contract.

According to the publication, both netizens and international fans did not like the way the reporter asked Park Bom. Some called him unprofessional for questioning her about such a serious matter, especially when it has nothing to do with her. Her fans exclaimed that it would have been better if the reporter focused on her comeback showcase instead of asking her about the ongoing controversy.

Despite being uncomfortable to the questions, Park Bom reportedly remained calm and professional. Her fans even liked the way she answered the reporter.
