Riverdale has become one of the most favored series of all time. In fact, CW sees the show as one of their "flagship programs" in recent years. But while fans are still asking for more, the show is about to take a three-week-long break after the seventeenth episode.

The most recent episode, titled, Chapter Fifty-Two: "The Raid", left the fans in the dark as the installment left with a huge cliff-hanger. As it happens, FP Jones saw a dead body at the end that appears to be a follower of the infamous Gargoyle King. And this has been revealed to be Baby Teeth.

In the most recent promo released, it showed how Betty's emotions toward her mother, Alice, took a toll on her. And much more now when Edgar, along with The Farm, seems to have a hand in almost all aspects of Riverdale. But one thing is certain, Betty Cooper will definitely go bad-ass and all over Evelyn, Edgar Evernever, and, of course, The Farm.

At the end of the trailer, Betty attacked Evelyn at school warning her that she will kill her. And this only goes to show that Betty's movements in the succeeding episodes will be filled with anger and grudge toward The Farm.

Looking at another aspect, it seems that Archie and Veronica are getting closer with each other again. But whether the two will continue their past relationship or not, this part will certainly be covered when the new episode of Riverdale drops on CW. Nevertheless, it has been shown that Veronica will always root for Archie. She told him that she will always remain in his corner.

There is also a scene in the trailer that shows Archie as he visits a grave. But as to whose grave it is, this part is yet to unveil when the new episode arrives.

There are speculations that this person is no other than Baby Teeth. But the Riverdale fandom cannot help it but theorize that this may be a tribute to Luke Perry who played the role of Freddy Andrews in the series. As you may know, he died not long ago which surprised the whole cast and production. So, there is a good chance that this episode might be a tribute to the actor.

Based on the recent events of the series, it seemingly appears that Riverdale is far from being done. And there are still a lot of questions hanging around. But certainly, things will unveil once Riverdale returns on April 17 on CW.
