The drama in Angelina Jolie's life never meets an end in the eyes of the tabloids. In fact, there's a new allegation this week that the Maleficent actress is just using Disney and her kids to "clean up" her image amid the divorce battle with ex-husband, Brad Pitt.
It is common knowledge already that the divorce and custody rumors between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been ongoing for years. Accordingly, it is not surprising at all that every week there is a new one circulating around the tabloids. And these new reports are not different from the old ones.
But for the record, it has been specifically reported earlier this week that Angelina Jolie is seeking help from Disney for a "damage control." And this is to help her clean up her image so that her drama with Brad Pitt will not negatively affect the release of Disney's Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.
The tabloids further allege that they have "insiders" from both Angelina Jolie's and Disney's side. These insiders are claiming that the actress attended the premiere of Disney's Dumbo with her kids because Disney wants her to "look good" in public. And that this is to control the damage that the divorce has done to her image.
Other than these "conclusions" and the supposed insiders, the tabloids do not have anything. And for them, these are enough pieces of evidence already to conclude that Angelina Jolie is cleaning up her image by using her kids and Disney.
Thankfully, Gossip Cop, once again, cleared the allegations of the tabloids. In reference to their recent reports, it has been revealed that none of these reports are true. As it happens, the outlet explained that these reports are just similar to the other claims that these tabloids are making in the past years - in short, they are all bogus.
Aside from these revelations, closed sources of Disney and Angelina Jolie assured Gossip Cop that the actress' attendance to the premiere of Disney's Dumbo with her kids is not related to any issue that she has with her ex-husband.
It is also worth noting that Angelina Jolie always brings her kids to several events, especially premiere nights of different movies. In fact, some of these movies are not even for kids, First They Killed My Father, anyone? So, why not Dumbo which is basically and strictly for kids?
Additionally, the Maleficent actress has been doing this with her kids even before her divorce with Brad Pitt. As for using Disney, it makes no sense at all due to the fact that Angelina Jolie primarily starred as Maleficient in the first movie which premiered years before the divorce.
So all in all, these new rumors about the actress are nothing but false claims. That's all.
