Being in High School is one of the most precious moments in one's life. And having the chance to enjoy it with your life-long friends is even sweeter. But, of course, it isn't always sweet and fun as these years are somehow rough too. (Dreadful, even, for others) Even so, life is far different when you are a teenager.
This is why On My Block has become very appealing to many fans and viewers. As it happens, the series is continually reaching out to a much wider set of audience. And with its recently released installment on Netflix, it is no wonder why the fandom is already asking for more.
The second season of On My Block was dropped in full on Friday, March 29, on Netflix. And just after a few hours, news and speculations about its third season are already hitting the headlines.
But while there are already commotions and uproars from the fans, there is no word heard or received yet from Netflix. And as it appears, fans of the series will need to wait for the streaming giant's go signal of the renewal. Nevertheless, the apparent success of the second season pretty much indicates already that the series will be renewed for another installment.
According to Digital Spy, it usually takes a month or two before Netflix confirms either a cancellation or a renewal of a series. So, there is a huge possibility that a new update for On My Block will be released come April or May. And if given the thumbs up, it is plausible that Season 3 will arrive on Netflix by March 2020.
In reference to the release patterns, the series always drops its new seasons during March of each year. Hence, it only makes sense to conclude that the new installment might as well arrive following the same pattern.
As for the cast of the show, we all know that Ruby was able to survive her supposed demise in Season 2. And because of this, she will certainly return on the next season, if ever there will be one. On the other hand, Olivia has finally met her final destination. Obviously, she will be out of the equation once the new season arrives.
But aside from Ruby, it is still too early to conclude who will be joining her possible return next year.
All in all, anything about On My Block Season 3 is yet to be revealed. Even so, these will all unveil possibly after a month from now.
