Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16, titled "Stay With Me," will hit fans right to the feels with Alec (Matthew Daddario) and Magnus' (Harry Shum Jr.). This week's installment will be very emotional as viewers see everything that happens from Alec to Clary (Katherine McNamara).
"Clary and Jace (Dominic Sherwood) come up with a risky plan to get rid of her twinning rune, which may bring an old enemy back into the fray," Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16 official synopsis read. "Alec worries about Magnus."
Fans are about to see Alec looking very desperate on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16. Alec is emotionally destroyed by what happened with Magnus. According to TV Fanatic, aside from Lorenzo (Javier Muñoz), he is also blaming himself for his boyfriend's situation.
Alec will do everything to save Magnus, even if it means he has to beg for his life. Viewers will see the fierce warrior reduces to tears on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16. Their final scene is also a must watch.
In other Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16 events, Clay is ready to give up her rune. She will do everything to defeat the darkness inside of her that she cannot control. However, as the Silent Brothers find it hard to help her, it is a big question if there is anything that they can do to fight that darkness.
Jace, Simon (Alberto Rosende), and Isabelle (Emeraude Toubia) will try everything to help Clary. They will make up a plan to finally solve the issue, but it remains to be seen if it involves a certain mother of all demons or not.
Jace will also do everything to keep Clary safe. Although he is against her plan to give up her rune on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16, they have no options left but to do it. Giving up Clary's rune will possibly bring an old enemy back on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16. Per Hidden Remote's released photos and episode trailer, it could be Lilith (Anna Hopkins).
Clary, Jace, Simon, and Isabelle will be working together to stop the effect of Lilith's life-force rune by using Malachi. They will use the configuration trap as a precaution for their summoning spell. But, it is not yet revealed if they will try to summon Lilith on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16 events.
But as Jonathan (Luke Baines) will be reunited with his mother in Edom, Lilith will continue her role. Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 16, titled "Stay With Me," will be out on Monday, April 1, at 8 p.m. on Freeform. It is also available in other countries through Netflix.
