NBC dropped Chicago PD Season 6 Episode 19 trailer, and it teased a huge plot twist on Kim Burgess' (Marina Squerciati) storyline. The Intelligence Unit officer's new boyfriend, Blair (recurring guest star Charles Michael Davis), is about to meet his demise as he is set to leave the series.
Chicago PD Season 6 Episode 19 promo revealed a text that read, "Her lover was murdered." Later, Blair's dead body is revealed.
According to One Chicago Center, it is not a big surprise that Davis' character as Blair will be killed off in Chicago PD Season 6 Episode 19. As the 34-year-old star has a lot of roles to do, he also appears on ABC's For the People; he has to focus on doing a major project.
Also, Blair already mentioned that he only had three weeks left in his job in the show. As he already teased that he is about to exit the series, it would now happen in Chicago PD Season 6 Episode 19.
So when will the show return? CarterMatt reported the series would be in a three-week hiatus. However, fans have the reason to celebrate as from Chicago PD Season 5 Episode 19's release onward; there would be a bunch of new chapters that would be out until May.
