Indeed, there is no secret that will not be revealed as the spoilers for the upcoming episode of Killing Eve Season 2 teased that a shocking secret of Carolyn Martens (Fiona Shaw), head of the Russia Section at MI6, will soon come to light.

Before that, here's a quick recap (via Entertainment Weekly) of what happened in the Season 2 premiere of Killing Eve. The premiere episode, titled "Do You Know How to Dispose of a Body?," kicked off shortly after Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) stabbed Villanelle / Oksana Astankova (Jodie Comer) in the stomach.

Eve Polastri rushed out of Villanelle's apartment with a bloody knife in hand while dodging a team of assassins disguised as French policewomen. She, then, treated herself to an overflowing bag of candy before ditching the knife in a bathroom trashcan.

Similarly, Villanelle has eluded the assassins while clutching her bleeding abdomen. She tried catching a taxi but to no avail. Hence, she decided to throw herself in front of it, and the scared driver dumped her at the entrance of a hospital.

At the hospital, the psychopathic assassin successfully convinced the doctor to keep her out of the system by claiming she was stabbed by her police detective husband. She also befriended a young patient in the next bed named Gabriel.

She asked Gabriel to steal an ID and laboratory coat - wherein she used it to secretly swipe some medical supplies. She, then, borrowed a pair of comic-book pajamas from him to escape in.

The Season 2 premiere also saw Eve Polastri meeting Carolyn Martens in person after ignoring her for quite a while. She also admitted that she went to Paris to find Villanelle, but lied that she never found her.

Now, the action continues in the upcoming episode of Killing Eve Season 2. Episode 2, titled "Nice and Neat," will see Carolyn Martens introducing Eve Polastri to her new team before she briefs them on the Villanelle case.

Things, however, go into awry when Eve Polastri finds out Carolyn Martens' secret. What exactly her secret is remains unseen. Villanelle, on the other hand, must lie low for a little while following the mind-boggling events in the latest episode. Luckily, she finds a good Samaritan who is willing to take her in and care for her while she recuperates.

Episode 2 of Killing Eve Season 2 is set to air on Sunday, April 14 at 8 p.m. ET on BBC America.
