It has been almost four years now since the whole world learned of Josh Duggar's hideous crimes during his teenage years. And this is mainly one of the most apparent reasons why TLC canceled 19 Kids and Counting in 2015.
Quite shockingly, Josh Duggar, the eldest of the 19 kids, was accused of sexually molesting five young girls when he was 14 or 15. And what made this news much more cringy is the fact that four of these girls are his sisters. The parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, made Josh attend counseling from their church. And aside from this, they also filed a report to the Arkansas State Police.
The report that has been filed with the police on that year is the report that went viral in 2015 through the Freedom of Information Act and In Touch Weekly. When these reports were made public, Josh Duggar was already married with kids. But this did not help him or the show, especially the nature of his crimes. As a result, 19 Kids and Counting was immediately canceled.
After the commotion, Josh Duggar went silent all over the news and media. He has not been seen to attend any of his family's events. But recently, it seems that efforts are being made for his comeback which further justified when he and his wife goes on a tour. And in these efforts include his attempts to seal his records by suing the Washinton County and the town of Springdale.
But unfortunately for Josh, the judge who handled his case ruled against him and ultimately dismissed the case. This means that his records will forever be open and any attempt to seal them is forbidden. Upon receiving the ruling, it has been reported that Josh Duggar and his wife, Anna Duggar, put their home in Arkansas on the real estate market. And it seemingly appears that the family will relocate anytime soon. But as to where they will go, no further information has been shared yet.
