Kim Kardashian may have already something to prove in Hollywood, in the business section and fashion, but just like any other being, there's something more to it, and she has already found it. While everybody was busy on the drama of their family as perfectly played on their show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian was busy reaching for her heart's desire to become a lawyer. And just because she is a celebrity, it doesn't mean she can aspire to become someone different and entails a lot of work and exams.

Kim Kardashian has been doing her apprentice requirements in a law firm in San Francisco since July of last year, and it was something that almost shocked everybody. Knowing her advocacies and connections in the White House, specifically her unwavering support to President Donald Trump, people thought it was as simple as that. However, Kim Kardashian went all the way of her sympathies in the case of Alice Marie Johnson, and the trip to Donald Trump's White House when she saw Johnson's life sentence for a nonviolent crime commuted eventually changes it all.

Not only does she finds interests in prison reforms, but she has thought of fixing some systems in the government in terms of the welfare of those released from jail. Same is true for Kim Kardashian's father, Robert Kardashian who gained national recognition as O. J. Simpson's friend and defense attorney during Simpson's 1995 murder trial. The businessman-turned-lawyer was able to get himself to be a lawyer through a process called reading the law.

This is only true for California, as well as Virginia, Vermont, and Washington, when aspiring lawyers can pass the bar exam without a law degree. With personalities like Abraham Lincoln and Robert Kardashian, those who pass the bar this way are commonly referred to as "country lawyers." Because of this privilege, Kim Kardashian can try her luck with a little more of hard work as she undertakes a four-year apprenticeship under a practicing lawyer that lasts at least 18 hours a week (five of which must be directly supervised).

Till then, the famous socialite needs to undergo monthly tests, and biannual progress reports submitted to the California bar. The effort is real, and just when everybody thought it would be easy for someone like Kim Kardashian, her fame might have helped in finding a lawyer or a judge willing to mentor a prospective reader. In contrast to Wendy Williams' concern when it comes to courtroom battles-turned-reality show drama, Kim Kardashian's fame might have some advantage and disadvantages on her aspirations to become a lawyer.

On her infotainment talk show titled The Wendy Williams Show, Wendy has already given her support to Kim Kardashian's new career plans. However, Wendy Williams cited some instances of the future Attorney Kim Kardashian-West. "The question is, will she be a distraction in the courtroom? Gee, ya think? Will she even be in the courtroom? Some people in my 'Hot Topics' meeting were like, 'Will she have time to go in the courtroom? She's filming the show, and she's busy getting naked and keeping an eye on Kanye," while her audience laughed out the idea. Wendy Williams, however, voiced out her concerns of a possibility of "using" Kim Kardashian by some unknown personality because of her closeness to the President.

To top it all, everybody including Wendy Williams appreciates the endeavors of Kim Kardashian in taking law. In addition to that, the reality star has been actively participating in extending her help including getting presidential pardons for a couple of people serving unfair prison sentences. Wendy Williams is just right at saying "I think this is a good idea [for Kim to pursue law.]"
