Avid followers of Tom Kapino's American urban fantasy police procedural comedy-drama television series are now thrilled on what are about to transpire in its new installment. Initially, Fox canceled the show after three seasons but, with fans' insistent demand, Netflix decided to renew the series for another installment. Now, what should we expect in Lucifer Season 4?

Just like any other returning series, the imminent fourth installment of the popular show is expected to pick up where the last season left off. Viewers have been speculating about Lucifer Season 4 for months. Good thing is, its premiere is coming very soon. As a matter of fact, Netflix released new photos of the show, which featured the arrival of Eve (Inbar Lavi).

For starters, Eve is the former love interest of Tom Ellis' character. With her entrance into Lucifer's world in the forthcoming new season, devoted fans of the show could not help but speculate if the duo would get back together. Speculations about the imminent Lucifer Season 4 suggest that Eve is going to claim Lucifer's attention again, which might cause trouble between the main character and his girlfriend, Chloe Decker (Lauren German).

It is claimed that Lucifer and Chloe might not be on good terms right now after the latter saw her boyfriend's devil face for the first time in the Season 3 finale. Speculations suggested that Chloe might not be able to accept the real identity of Lucifer in Lucifer Season 4. However, in one of the photos Netflix released recently, the character of Lauren German was smiling at the demon while looking over on what could be another crime case.

"Reeling from the aftermath of Chloe seeing his devil face, Lucifer faces a new challenge: Eve, the original sinner herself, is back," the official synopsis of the new episodes of Lucifer Season 4 read. "Does she want revenge for when he tempted her out of Eden oh so many years ago... or something else entirely?"

It remains to be seen if these speculations could be true or if these are happening in Lucifer Season 4. Hence, avid followers of the show should take all these theories lightly until everything is proven true and correct.  The best thing to do, right now, is to wait for Netflix's official announcements.

The forthcoming new season is expected to premiere on May 8 on Netflix. Stay tuned to Business Times for more Lucifer Season 4 spoilers, predictions, theories, news, and updates.
